Ina Carcani is the Director at Native Coordination, bringing a thoughtful, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with disabilities. With a Master of Law and experience as a law lecturer, Ina combines strong advocacy skills with practical insight to help participants confidently navigate their NDIS journey.
Ina works closely alongside participants to bring clarity and confidence to decision-making, ensuring they can access the supports they need while building greater independence. Her approach is both person-centred and strengths-based, empowering individuals to make informed choices that reflect their unique goals, values, and aspirations.
Passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes, Ina is known for her personable nature, friendly demeanour, and results-oriented mindset. She is deeply committed to helping people live fulfilling lives without compromising their quality of life, and she takes pride in seeing participants grow in confidence through consistent guidance and support.
Outside of her professional role, Ina enjoys photography, personal development, and spending time with her family—interests that reflect her calm, balanced, and thoughtful approach to both life and work.
Ann-Maree Pezzano
Support Coordinator
Ann-Maree supports participants with diverse needs, from complex physical conditions to psychosocial disability. She coordinates providers, manages supports, and ensures funding is used effectively to help people achieve their goals.
Her approach is person-centred and values-driven, empowering participants to build capacity and exercise choice and control. With experience in disability, mental health, and aged care, including five years as a nurse, Ann-Maree brings both practical knowledge and genuine care to her work.
She finds meaning in helping people live with greater independence and dignity. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, fitness, and family, with a creative appreciation for tattoos, music, and classic pop culture.

Bianca is an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator with over ten years in the not-for-profit sector, specializing in supporting individuals with complex needs. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the most marginalized members of the community, including those affected by homelessness, incarceration, trauma, abuse, mental health challenges, substance misuse, and disability.
As a strong advocate for individuals who have often fallen through the cracks of service systems, Bianca firmly believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a meaningful life, free from fear, discrimination, and systemic barriers. Her practice is grounded in person-centred principles, ethical service delivery, and informed advocacy.
Bianca brings a thorough understanding of trauma-informed practice and works closely with participants, families, and service providers to navigate complex systems and achieve sustainable, meaningful outcomes. With extensive knowledge of community-based, not-for-profit, and NDIS disability support services, she is committed to enhancing quality of life and empowering participants to make choices and exercise control over their own lives.
Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with family, staying active, focusing on mental and physical well-being, and traveling.
