Hugh is the Director at Native Coordination. He supports people with disabilities to make informed choices about their lives and to access the supports they need. Hugh uses a person-centred approach to support people in living as independently as possible; without compromising their quality of life.
Hugh's philosophy is to question the traditions of ‘disability’, and discover out-of-the-box results. Hugh has a passion for finding out what people want and need, knowing that with the right support, an individual can thrive.

Ann-Maree Pezzano
Support Coordinator
Ann-Maree supports participants with diverse needs, from complex physical conditions to psychosocial disability. She coordinates providers, manages supports, and ensures funding is used effectively to help people achieve their goals.
Her approach is person-centred and values-driven, empowering participants to build capacity and exercise choice and control. With experience in disability, mental health, and aged care, including five years as a nurse, Ann-Maree brings both practical knowledge and genuine care to her work.
She finds meaning in helping people live with greater independence and dignity. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, fitness, and family, with a creative appreciation for tattoos, music, and classic pop culture.
Ina works alongside participants to bring clarity and confidence to their NDIS journey. With a background in law, she combines strong advocacy with practical insight to help people access the supports they need and build greater independence.
Her approach is person-centred and strengths-based, empowering participants to make informed choices that reflect their goals and values. She takes pride in seeing people grow in confidence through consistent guidance and support.
Outside of work, Ina enjoys photography, personal development, and time with her family, moments that mirror her calm and thoughtful approach to life and work.
